Privacy Policy

Kyte Payments (“Kyte”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on kyte's website and early-access waitlist, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: name, email, phone number including country code, how many cards you carry, and your primary card issuer.
- Technical data: referrer without query parameters, initial landing page, campaign tags (UTM) and advertising click identifier (fbclid). The website records separate email and optional SMS/WhatsApp consent. Analytics integrations are inactive unless configured and enabled through a consent manager.
How we use it
- To invite you to Kyte's early access and send product updates you asked for.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- The website demo does not connect to real bank or card accounts. No credentials are collected here.
Storage & security
When the lead integration is enabled, submitted details are saved to the configured Google Sheet and an email notification is sent to the configured Kyte recipient. If saving cannot be confirmed, the form shows an error. The team must approve its retention schedule and access controls before accepting public leads.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@kytepayments.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor these for all users.
Cookies
We use only functional storage (no advertising cookies). Session storage holds campaign attribution and popup dismissal for the current browsing session. Form contact details are not placed in browser storage.
